The real cost is not the counting. It is the constant uncertainty.

A paper notebook tells you what someone wrote down. It cannot show you, right now, what is missing or what has stopped moving.

A quieter Sunday begins with a clearer Saturday.
  • Closing up and still wondering if stock and sales agree.
  • Recounting everything because one number looks wrong.
  • A customer asking for a product nobody can locate quickly.
  • Products sitting untouched while you buy more of the wrong thing.

From scattered notes to a clearer picture.

friendly-123 brings everyday shop work together without trying to be an enterprise system.

See your stock

Spot what is healthy, low, urgent, or not moving. Find a product without another round of counting.

Record real sales

Keep a clear sales record. You never have to pick an associate to sell, and counter sales still pay each piece's commission.

Work across devices

Your team can share the same business notebook. Work continues locally if a device goes offline; changes sync when it reconnects.

It is not tax-authority e-invoicing, a central-warehouse ERP, or an accounting integration. If that is essential, ask us before you buy.

Close on Saturday knowing what happened. Keep Sunday for Sunday.

The goal is not another dashboard to babysit. It is a business you can understand without rebuilding the story from scraps of paper.

See it. Make it yours. Keep moving.

Shared digital notebook

Your shop, one notebook, every phone: why owners stop closing the day by hand

It is 9:40 at night. The register is closed, but the day is not. There is the paper notebook by the counter, a WhatsApp thread asking whether anyone sold the blue scarf, and a number that does not match the cash in the drawer. Most small shops end the day like this, and most owners think it is simply the price of having a shop.

It is not. It is the price of keeping the business in four places at once: your head, a notebook, a spreadsheet and your staff's memory.

One notebook the whole team writes in

A shared digital notebook is exactly what it sounds like. One record of the business: every product, sale, customer and commission. It lives on your phone, your tablet and your staff's devices at the same time, and every device writes into the same pages. When someone sells, restocks or pays a consignor, the notebook changes for everyone.

What changes in your week

  • Nobody has to ask who sold what. The sale is written when it happens, by the person who made it, under their own login.
  • You can leave the shop. From your phone you see what sold, what is running low and who is owed money, without calling anyone.
  • Consignors and partners trust the number. Each payout comes with the list of sales behind it, so the conversation is about the work, not about whose math is right.
  • The week closes itself. The totals are already there on Saturday night. Sunday stays Sunday.
  • The business stays yours. Your records live on your own devices, not in someone else's database you rent by the month.

Who it is for

Small shops, galleries, cafes with a retail corner, pop-up and event sellers, and anyone who sells other people's goods on consignment. If more than one person touches the money, you already need one notebook instead of four.

Under the hood

  • Sync between your devices is end-to-end encrypted: the relay that carries changes cannot read your business.
  • Every device keeps the whole notebook, so it keeps working without internet and catches up when the signal comes back.
  • Roles with their own PIN (owner, admin, staff, bookkeeper) and a log of who did what.
  • English and Spanish with one tap, on every screen.
  • A full export you control, whenever you want it.

Questions worth answering before you start.

Is the sample store my 30-day trial?

No. PIN 456 opens a prepared example store. PIN 789 activates your own store and starts its full 30-day trial.

Do I have to assign every sale to a team member?

No. You never have to pick someone to record a sale. A Counter Sale (at the counter or the door) is still commissioned by the agreement of the piece or the shelf.

What if I work without internet?

The app is local-first. You can keep working on your device offline. Sharing changes with other devices requires reconnection.

Can I keep a copy of my data?

Yes. The app includes an export you control. Make and safely keep your own backup regularly—especially before changing devices.

What if I lose my PIN or need help?

Contact the JFCarpio.com team on WhatsApp. Please do not send your license or private business information in a public message.

Where is my business data stored?

On your own device. If you turn on the shared notebook, it travels encrypted between your devices, and we cannot read it.

What happens when the 30-day trial ends?

Your data is never deleted. You can still view and export everything; recording new sales needs a license.

Does it work without internet?

Yes. You can sell and check your stock offline; your devices catch up when the connection comes back.

Can my team use it with their own PIN?

Yes. Each person gets a 3-digit PIN, and every action is signed with their name. Employees do not see your profits.

Can I use it on more than one device?

Yes. Every device you activate with the same license shares the same notebook and stays up to date.

Can I take my data with me?

Always. Download a full backup or an accounting spreadsheet (CSV) whenever you want. Your information is yours.

Does it handle sales tax, VAT and my currency?

Yes. You set your rate, whether it is included in the price or added at checkout, your currency, and which products are tax-exempt.

Your business is already telling you a story. See it clearly.

Start with the sample shop, or use the full 30 days with your own.
